General Guide
General Provisions:
- This graphic design service is free and exclusively available for projects within the Dayalima Group. Personal requests are not accommodated.
- The design process incurs no charges until the final design is agreed upon by both parties.
- This request form facilitates only graphic design services. All editorial content, such as copywriting text and stock images, must be provided by the requester.
- The service delivers design files in three formats: AI, PDF, and JPG. However, printing requirements are not our responsibility.
- Design requests are processed during working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (GMT+7). Requests outside these hours require prior approval and may incur additional charges.
- All designs must adhere to the Dayalima Branding Guidelines. Requests that do not comply with these guidelines will not be accepted.

Request:
- Simply fill out the design and publication request form at dayalima.pameo.co.
- We will then review your request and promptly confirm it via WhatsApp and Email.
Design Process:
- Once you submit the form, our designers will begin working on your design.
- The process typically takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on the complexity of your request.
- Once the design is complete, we will send it to you for review and revisions if needed.
Review and Revisions:
- You have 2 days to review the design and inform us if any revisions are needed.
- Minor revisions typically take no more than 2 days after we receive your feedback.
